Viva México!

Zacheta National Gallery of Art - Warsaw, Poland
group show

september 18 - november 18, 2007

participation to: Carlos Amorales, Miguel Calderón, Daniel Guzmán and Gabriel Kuri

An exhibition of the Mexican artistic scene, especially of the middle and youngest generation of artists, using different media: from sculpture to painting, through graphic works, installations, photographs and video. This art draws its inspiration as much from different elements of pop culture, as it does from Mexican tradition, history and social problems. It also develops private themes or makes connections with other artistic domains: first and foremost, music and architecture.
