Kistefos Museum opens its 2025 season with Resting Arms, the 56th permanent work in its sculpture park by Nairy Baghramian. Made of Carrara marble and steel, the sculpture abstractly represents human joints, evoking fragility and rest in contrast to the traditional strength associated with these materials. Standing over five meters tall and located at the museum’s south entrance, the work will be unveiled on May 4 and marks Baghramian’s first installation in Northern Europe.
